1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the kukubots.com website and of the KukuBots Reputation Engine ("the Service"), operated by Sroma Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. What the Service does
The Service connects to a business's Google Business Profile, collects the reviews on a location you connect, generates suggested replies, and publishes replies that you approve or that meet auto-publish rules your administrator has configured. It also provides an inbox, notifications, and reporting on your review activity.
3. Accounts
- Accounts are created by invitation. There is no public sign-up.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity under your account.
- Your account administrator can add, suspend, and remove users, and can see what those users did.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Connecting your Google Business Profile
To use the Service you connect a Google account that has permission to manage the business location in question. You confirm you have that permission. We act on your instructions and only on the location you connect. Our handling of the data that connection gives us is set out in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time, in the application or from your Google Account settings; the Service stops reading reviews and publishing replies as soon as you do.
5. AI-generated replies
Replies are drafted by an automated language model. Drafts are suggestions, not finished statements from your business. A draft may be inaccurate, off-tone, or unsuitable for the review it answers.
You are responsible for every reply published under your business's name — including replies released by auto-publish, which is an optional setting your administrator turns on, configures, and can disable at any time. Review the settings before enabling it.
The Service applies automated checks to drafts before they are eligible to publish, and routes anything it flags to a person instead. Those checks reduce risk; they are not a guarantee, and they do not transfer responsibility for published content to us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that breaches Google's review and content policies, including replies that are deceptive, offer incentives for reviews, or misrepresent who is writing.
- Include protected health information or other sensitive personal data in a reply. Replies are published publicly on Google. The Service is not designed for, and must not be used to process, health records.
- Manage a business or location you are not authorised to manage.
- Attempt to access another account's data, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its rate limits or access controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on Google's APIs and on a third-party AI language-model provider. Those services have their own terms and their own availability, and changes on their side can change or interrupt what the Service can do. Your use of Google Business Profile remains subject to your agreement with Google.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but offer no uptime guarantee. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
9. Fees
Fees, if any, are as separately agreed in writing with you. Nothing on this website is an offer of a particular price.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where we are required to by a third-party provider. On closure we delete the account's data as described in the Privacy Policy; you may request an export before closure.
11. Your content
Replies you publish, brand-voice settings, and other content you enter remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store that content and to transmit it to Google and to the AI provider in order to operate the Service for you.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or free from error, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and we will notify account administrators by email of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
