What it does
The Reputation Engine is a review-management tool for local businesses. It connects to a business's own Google Business Profile, brings every new review into one inbox, drafts an on-brand reply for each one, and publishes the reply once a person approves it.
- One inbox. Every review on the connected location, with the ones needing attention first.
- Suggested replies. Each review gets a draft written in the tone and vocabulary the business configures.
- A person stays in the loop. Negative reviews, and anything the system flags, are routed to a human and never published automatically.
- Optional auto-publish. Clean, positive reviews can be released automatically after a hold period, under rules an administrator sets and can switch off.
- Reporting. Volume, ratings, response coverage, recurring themes, and staff mentions over time.
Who it's for
Single-location service businesses that get a steady trickle of Google reviews and want each one answered properly, without someone checking the listing every day. Accounts are set up by invitation; there is no public sign-up.
How the Google connection works
An owner or authorised manager of the business signs in with Google and grants the
business.manage permission. That is the only scope we request, and it is the
only one Google offers for reading and replying to Business Profile reviews.
- We read the business's account and location details, the reviews on the location you choose, and any replies already published on them.
- We write one thing only: a reply to a review on that location, after a person approves it or after it meets the auto-publish rules your administrator configured.
- We never touch Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any location you have not connected, and we never post reviews.
- You can disconnect at any time, in the application or from your Google Account permissions.
